The role
We are seeking a teacher who can
inspire learning and raise achievement across the primary phase. You will:
Deliver high quality teaching that leads to
strong pupil progress Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and
move learning forward Provide excellent provision for all pupils
including those with additional needs Create a classroom where expectations are high
and every child feels valued Contribute to a creative and engaging curriculum
The year group for this role has
not been decided, however it is likely to be in KS2.
Who we are looking for
You will:
Hold QTS and a relevant degree or PGCE
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a range
of strategies
Have strong interpersonal skills and build positive
relationships with ease
Have high standards and be passionate about raising
achievement for every child
Understand how to use data to inform teaching
Demonstrate high expectations of behaviour and
learning
Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
