THE ROLE We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school as a Pupil and Parent Support Advisor. The successful candidate will support pupils and their families in overcoming barriers to learning, with a particular focus on improving attendance, engagement, and wellbeing. The role includes providing administrative and operational support to the SENDCo, delivering targeted 1–1 interventions, and working closely with families where pupils are persistently absent.
