What We’re Looking For: We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Technician with strong technical ability and a proven track record of delivering reliable, high‑quality IT support. You will bring confidence across a wide range of technologies, excellent problem‑solving skills and the professionalism needed to support a busy school environment. We want an organised and adaptable professional who can work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain a secure, efficient and modern digital infrastructure. You will take pride in supporting staff and students, communicating clearly and contributing to the continuous improvement of our ICT provision. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support resolving day‑to‑day IT issues for staff and students efficiently and professionally. Maintain and repair equipment ensuring all devices, peripherals and classroom technologies remain operational and reliable Install and configure systems including hardware, software, images and updates across the school environment. Support network operations assisting with the upkeep of wired and wireless networks, connectivity and core services. Manage IT assets keeping accurate records of equipment, stock levels and lifecycle changes. Promote safe and effective IT use guiding staff and pupils on appropriate, secure and confident use of technology. Contribute to ICT development offering technical insight to support improvements, upgrades and long‑term planning.
