Teaching Assistant

About the Role You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, providing both in-class support and working with small groups or individual children. The role may involve supporting pupils across the school, with a particular focus ideally in Upper Key Stage 2. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a school setting Ideally has experience supporting pupils in Upper Key Stage 2 Holds a relevant qualification equivalent to at least Level 2 Is positive, adaptable and able to build strong relationships with children and staff Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing Has good communication and teamwork skills Is willing to contribute to the wider life of the school, including wraparound provision if required We Can Offer: A welcoming and supportive staff team Enthusiastic and happy and pupils A strong sense of community Opportunities for professional development We are very proud of our whole school community and would love the opportunity to welcome the right person to further strengthen the team.
