Must have a strong passion for education. Must be experienced and have a strong
working knowledge of the KS1/KS2 curriculum. Must have strong and effective classroom
management skills. Must

have experience and understanding of organising, promoting and evaluating the
childrenβs learning. Must
be able to deliver well planned, well considered and motivational lessons, with
experience of motivating and managing young children effectively. Must
have the ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom and be
able to accurately record pupil progress. Must possess strong communication skills,
appropriate to communicating effectively with staff, parents and children. Must share our school vision and
