Main Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a forward‑thinking digital strategy that modernises the school’s systems, enhances learning, and supports long‑term organisational goals. Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the school’s network, servers, cloud services, and core digital platforms to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Lead on safeguarding digital assets by implementing robust cybersecurity measures, monitoring risks, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Ensure high‑quality, user‑centred IT support for staff and students, driving a culture of responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Identify and introduce emerging technologies that enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency, ensuring the school remains at the forefront of digital practice. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative, proactive, and high‑performing culture.
