Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Level 3 Burford School is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Apprentice who has a passion for Early Years teaching and learning and who is committed to continue to achieve excellent learning outcomes for all children. Our Early Years are filled with opportunities and experiences for all children to provide the “best start in life” delivered by high level skilled and experienced team of educators. The Role: As an Early Years Educator, Apprentice you will be required: Understand the planning and engagement of age-appropriate activities that promote development across all areas of learning Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues Understand the importance of providing individual needs for all children . Understanding how to observe and assess childrens development and learning Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Work in partnership with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress About You: We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to high-quality early years education A team player with a positive, flexible attitude Ability to manage time effectively Undertake a Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification Burford School and the Marlow Education Trust is fully committed to the DfE guidance on Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education and all candidates for the post will therefore be subject to vetting procedures following Buckinghamshire Council’s guidance and the Trust’s Safer Recruitment Policy.
