We are looking to recruit an
experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with a range of skills and
experience for a September 2026 start. Are you a highly motivated learning
support assistant who is able to work with our SEND pupils and to support staff
and pupils across the school?

for someone who is:
Successful and
experienced in supporting and facilitating inclusion for children with
additional needs. Committed to
holistic development and have children’s well-being at the heart of everything
they do. A highly
motivated, passionate, and patient individual who strive to continually develop
their own skills and experiences. Able to work
on their own initiative and as part of a team to plan, adapt and deliver
curriculum content to raise attainment and consolidate learning. Kind,
intuitive, compassionate, and resilient person who is willing to think
creatively and build trusting relationships with others. Educated to at
least GCSE level and holds Grade C or equivalent in both Maths and English,
competency in IT and confidence in learning new systems. Committed to
participating in the wider life of the school. An individual
who is willing to promote and develop the Christian ethos of the school and its
ethos of ‘Ambition Unlimited’.
