We are looking for an exceptional experienced Site Manager to join our team. Harrow Lodge is a happy, welcoming school with wonderful children, supportive parents and a dedicated staff team, and we are seeking someone who will become an integral part of our school community. This role is about far more than unlocking gates and completing maintenance tasks. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, notices what needs doing before being asked and approaches challenges with initiative, common sense and a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with children, staff and parents; someone who is approachable, kind and understanding, yet remains focused, organised and highly effective. We want a Site Manager who will run a tight ship, take ownership of their role and work alongside colleagues as a valued member of the team. Reliability, loyalty and a genuine commitment to the school are key. We want someone who will adopt Harrow Lodge as their second family, always putting the needs of the children and the wider school community at the heart of what they do.
