Wellbeing Lead

The Bishop of Winchester Academy is seeking to appoint a Wellbeing Lead to play a central role in supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our students. This unique role combines leading the Christian ethos of the academy with providing high-quality wellbeing and emotional support to enable all students to flourish. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and compassionate professional who is able to work empathically, non-judgementally and collaboratively to support students experiencing social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
