Teaching Assistant/Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We have a unique opportunity to join our team as TA/HLTA cover role. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Teaching Assistant/HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will be employed as a TA to work across the school and will provide cover during staff absence. They will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality classroom support, assist pupils in achieving their full potential, and deliver planned lessons during teacher absence as required. This varied role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment while maintaining high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
