About the role

The successful candidate will work under supervision of the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion (SENCo) and class teachers of pupils attending the Provision, working with them to support a small group of pupils with complex additional needs by planning, preparing and delivering a child-led bespoke curriculum. The HLTA will be responsible for line managing Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) working in the Provision, leading the team to ensure pupils thrive. What kind of individual are we looking for?
