We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher you will undertake: Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead health and safety on site, ensuring compliance and maintaining risk assessments. Coordinate statutory inspections (fire, asbestos, water hygiene, gas, electrical). Operate and maintain security systems, act as emergency key holder, and respond to incidents. Oversee plant, equipment, utilities, and vehicles, including minibus operation. Supervise cleaning teams, manage supplies, and maintain grounds. Undertake or supervise repairs, maintenance, and decoration. Manage contractors and site projects, ensuring compliance and quality. Maintain records, manage stock, and handle deliveries and porterage. Support school lettings and functions, ensuring spaces are prepared. Promote pupil welfare, uphold equality and confidentiality,
