The post holder will: Take a lead role in supporting students’ behaviour, attendance and wellbeing Act as a key point of contact for students, parents / carers and external agencies Support the implementation of the school’s behaviour and inclusion strategy Work closely with safeguarding leads to ensure robust safeguarding and early help support Monitor and track student progress and pastoral interventions Contribute to the development of individual support plans for vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND or social/emotional needs Support reintegration and inclusion of students following absence, suspension or alternative provision Promote positive relationships and a culture of high expectations across the school We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people, ideally in a school or pastoral setting Demonstrates a strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion and behaviour support Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills Is resilient, calm under pressure, and committed to improving outcomes for all students Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
