Crew Inclusion Leader (CIL) - Year Group Pastoral and Student Support CONTEXT OF THE ROLE The school operates a pastoral structure led by Crew Directors (Heads of Year), overseeing student wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance across Years 7–11 and Sixth Form. A Crew is a Tutor Group The Crew Inclusion Leader (CIL) (Year Group Pastoral Student Support) works alongside the Crew Director to provide targeted support for students facing barriers to learning, engagement, and progression, using professional judgement to deliver effective interventions.
