About the role

We are excited to welcome a support worker to our hard-working and motivated staff team. This is an exciting time for our school as we welcome our new headteacher and look ahead to a time of development and improvement. The successful applicant will work directly with individual and small groups of children who require support to access their learning. We will offer you: A joint Catholic and Church of England Primary School for children aged 3-11, part of the St Clare Catholic Multi Academy Trust. The Governors are looking for a committed support worker who: Is highly motivated and self-driven with an ambition for excellence. Can inspire our children and help them to achieve their full potential academically and as individuals. Will fully engage with professional development opportunities. Has experience and success in working in a primary school context. Will engage fully with our supportive community. We would like to work with someone who: Is committed to the vision and ethos of our strong Catholic and Church of England Primary School. Is committed to inclusion and will embrace the opportunity to work with children from diverse backgrounds. Has experience working in primary age phases Has the skills, drive and passion required to support the very best outcomes for our learners. Is a team player who has high expectations for all children’s learning, spiritual, social and emotional development and behaviour.
