Support Worker

We are excited to welcome a support worker to our hard-working and motivated staff team. This is an exciting time for our school as we welcome our new headteacher and look ahead to a time of development and improvement. The successful applicant will work directly with individual and small groups of children who require support to access their learning. The Governors are looking for a committed support worker who: Is highly motivated and self-driven with an ambition for excellence. Has experience and success in working in a primary school context. Will engage fully with our supportive community. Has experience working in primary age phases Has the skills, drive and passion required to support the very best outcomes for our learners. Candidates who are successful at this stage will then be invited to visit Emmaus School on 9th July. During this visit, you will participate in a learning walk and a pupil panel led by our children. You will be observed throughout these activities as part of the selection process.
