school productions, or technical theatre Relevant qualifications or training in drama
production, sound engineering, theatre technology, media, or live events A Level in Music or equivalent qualifications

Appropriate experience working with young people
in school Experience coaching students in music or theatre
based roles Good understanding of young people’s development
and learning processes Practical knowledge of stage lighting, sound
systems, microphones, AV equipment, and backstage operations Familiarity with basic rigging, staging, props,
and scenery handling. Dependable under pressure—school productions
often run to fixed deadlines.
