Join Our Team as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant! We are excited to be recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. These roles are perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and committed to helping every pupil thrive. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Class Teachers and Level 2 Teaching Assistants to: Promote pupilsβ engagement in all aspects of school life Encourage independence and confidence in learning Support the progress and achievement of all pupils We are looking for candidates who: Have GCSE Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics Have experience supporting children with additional needs within a school setting Understand special educational needs and can manage challenging behaviours Have experience leading a group or class within a school environment The position is a permanent, part-time role, working 33.75 hours over 39 weeks per year, including training days, based initially at Hayway, Rushden site. The working pattern is as follows: (hours include a 30-minute unpaid lunch): Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:40am - 3:30pm Tuesday: 8:40am - 5:00pm (staff training/updates: 3:30pm - 5:00pm) Thursday: 8:40am - 4:00pm (staff class time: 3:30pm - 4:00pm) All applicants must be able to work from 8:40am until the end of the scheduled working day. Please note: While you will be appointed to work at one site, there may be the requirement to amend your allocated site depending on the needs of the School.
