Crew Inclusion Leader (CIL) - (Post 16) Pastoral Student Support CONTEXT OF THE ROLE The school operates a pastoral structure led by Crew Directors (Heads of Year), overseeing student wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance across Years 7–11 and Sixth Form. At Sir John Talbot's School, a Crew is a Tutor Group. The Crew Inclusion Leader (CIL) Post 16 (Pastoral student Support) works alongside the Sixth Form Crew Director.
