Endon High School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Apprenticeship Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and eager to learn how to support teaching and learning in the classroom. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff while completing a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification. Full training and mentoring will be provided. Key Responsibilities Support pupils’ learning across a range of subjects and age groups Assist the class teacher in preparing learning materials and classroom activities Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment Contribute to pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development Support with playground duties, classroom organisation, and general school tasks Participate in training, reviews, and assessments as part of your apprenticeship Endon High School is a high achieving school with excellent academic results and together we work exceptionally hard to attain the best possible results for every student.
