An exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a specialist SEMH provision.
Lime Hills Academy is a specialist SEMH provision, currently operating across two sites, with this post based at our Nailsea site. Our school provides a highly nurturing and structured environment for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and we pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships that enable young people to thrive both academically and personally. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working closely not only within LHA but also alongside two other CLF Special Schools.
There is a strong culture of partnership, peer support, and shared expertise across the Trust, offering excellent opportunities for professional development and innovation. The team is committed, resilient, and student-centred, with a clear focus on improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable learners. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of the site, contributing to a safe, consistent, and high-quality learning environment. What makes this role particularly rewarding is the tangible impact it has on students’ lives. By helping to create a well-organised, supportive setting, the Operations Manager directly enables staff to focus on delivering exceptional teaching and pastoral care, ultimately improving life chances for our young people.
Lime Hills Academy
Lime Hills Academy is a special school for young people in years 5-11 who have an EHCP to support their SEMH needs. We will soon be moving into our new build in Churchill, but as a temporary arrangement, we have been supported by the DfE and CLF to deliver our provision across two sites: a secondary site in Weston and a primary site in Nailsea.
At our core, is a belief that every young person deserves the right to an educative experience that prepares them for adulthood and opens doors at post-16. We do this by providing a targeted core curriculum that focuses in equal parts on literacy, numeracy, and PSHE. This is enriched through outdoor learning, benevolent childhood experiences, arts, topic-based learning and specific interventions
