We are looking for a colleague who has: Experience of classroom/small group organisation. Ability to use language and other communication skills that children can understand relate to. Ability to empathise with the needs of children and in particular able to establish positive relationships with pupils. Ability to provide levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to pupilsβ needs. Ability to supervise groups of pupils. High expectations of children's achievements and behaviour.
