With an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Early Years Care & Education or relevant subject as listed in DfE Early Years Qualification Check. With a sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and how this looks in practice. With high expectations of behaviour and achievement. Who will provide targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs/Disabilities (SEND) as required. With an understanding of safeguarding policy and procedures. Who is committed to teamwork and a collegiate approach. Who has the ability and determination to inspire and motivate children to achieve highly and enjoy their time in Nursery.
