The successful candidate will have: A teaching assistant qualification or be working towards one. Experience of working with SEND children within EYFS/KS1 in a school setting Excellent communication skills The ability to work under the direction of a class teacher, leading groups in a variety of curriculum areas The ability to use their own initiative to support learning.
