This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring educator to ignite curiosity and foster a love of learning in the next generation of scientists. The successful candidate will: Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons that promote discovery and critical thinking Support students in developing confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the sciences. Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities, STEM clubs, and trips. Have excellent communication have the ability to embrace and contribute to the vision of the Department and school Be able to build relationships quickly Show respect to others and be able to embrace the ethos and values of the School Be positive, optimistic, caring, kind and approachable We are looking for someone who is organised, committed and able to motivate our young people. The school has a centralised behaviour management system, supporting staff workload. We have bespoke Internal Alternative Provision on site for students who struggle with the mainstream lesson setting.
