We are seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Cover Supervisor to join Orion Coopers, part of Orion Education. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-set lesson materials, maintain high standards of behaviour, and create a positive and focused classroom environment where all students can succeed. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build effective relationships with students and staff.
