A rare and compelling leadership opportunity St Clare Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional and mission-driven leader to join our Executive Team as Executive Director of Education. This is a pivotal role at an exciting stage in the Trust’s development. You will: Lead a coherent, high-quality curriculum from Early Years to Post-16 Drive accurate self-evaluation and impactful improvement planning Build leadership capacity at all levels Ensure sector-leading safeguarding and inclusive practice Deliver rapid and sustained improvement, particularly in schools needing additional support You will also play a central role in ensuring the Catholic life and mission of our schools remains at the heart of all we do. What we are looking for We are seeking a leader who: Is a committed practicing Catholic with a clear vision for Catholic education Brings substantial senior leadership experience with a strong track record of school improvement, particularly in the primary phase Demonstrates deep expertise in curriculum, assessment and school performance and experience of system level thinking Is passionate about inclusion, safeguarding and improving outcomes for disadvantaged and SEND pupils Has the ability to inspire, influence and build strong partnerships across the system Above all, you will bring moral purpose, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence for every child.
