We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in a nurturing school where every child is supported to succeed and celebrated for who they are. What You’ll Be Doing Providing tailored support, helping them access learning and thrive in a nurturing environment. Supporting the delivery of a therapeutic, broad, and balanced curriculum that meets individual needs. Working closely with teachers and senior leaders to adapt learning experiences in line with statutory SEND requirements. Attending to pupils’ health, welfare, and personal care needs, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Patient and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to inclusive education. A team player, able to work closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupils’ needs. Compassionate and calm, skilled in supporting children with Autism and communication needs. Observant and proactive, able to spot barriers to learning and help remove them. Confident in building positive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community.
