Bude Park Primary School is seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaner to join our friendly premises team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of cleaning duties across the school, helping us maintain a high quality environment for pupils, staff and visitors. We are looking for someone with previous cleaning experience or a strong understanding of effective cleaning methods. You should be organised, able to manage your time well, work confidently both independently and as part of a small team, communicate clearly with staff, adapt to changing needs, and take real pride in delivering excellent work. Bude Park Primary is a small, nurturing school in the north of Hull, with places for 240 pupils aged 3–11. We are proud to be an Ofsted-rated β€˜Good’ school, committed to providing a safe, clean and caring environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. Our ethos centres on promoting children’s health, safety, enjoyment and achievement in all aspects of school life. JOB REQUIREMENTS: β€’ Daily classroom and shared area cleaning β€’ Mopping hard floors and vacuuming carpeted areas β€’ Damp wiping all furniture, fixtures and fittings, emptying bins β€’ Maintaining toilet / washroom cleanliness, including cleaning bodily fluids (PPE provided) β€’ Liaising with the Site Manager for larger seasonal projects β€’ To undertake relevant Health & Safety training β€’ To report any potential site issues to the Senior Site Facilities Officer/Chargehand Cleaner THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: β€’ Have previous experience or a general knowledge of cleaning and cleaning methods  β€’ Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks to a high level β€’ Be organised and show initiative β€’ Be an excellent communicator and approachable to all staff and stakeholders β€’ Be able to work both independently and as part of a small cleaning team β€’ Have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the school and the community β€’ Take pride in a job well done AS A MEMBER OF HUMBER EDUCATION TRUST, WE OFFER: β€’ Commitment to securing the very best provision and outcomes for all children. β€’ A Trust with expertise in every area of the curriculum, both in primary and special settings, throug
