The Governors of St Martin de Porres Catholic Primary School are seeking to expand our highly motivated and dedicated lunchtime supervisor team. Practical measures, such as shared pastoral support, help staff to sustain high standards while managing workload.” “Staff speak of a cohesive, values led culture that nurtures teamwork and practical collaboration.” “Leaders invest in effective staff professional development through in house training, external programmes and visits to other schools.” The successful applicant must be sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the school and will be required to sign the Catholic Education Service contract.
