Cover Supervisor Scale 4 point 7 - 11 (Β£26,403 - Β£28,142 FTE) Permanent position, 1st September 2026 37 hours per week, term time only plus TEDs Providing an equitable educational experience for all of our students is fundamental at Baxter College and Severn Academies Educational Trust. Baxter College wishes to appoint an effective and reliable individual who is an effective supervisor and has a good rapport with young people to join our school. The Cover Supervisor will take a positive and proactive approach to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of cover arrangements for staff, ensuring lessons have cover when required. You will also be required to supervise the learning of whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher as they undertake the work set, to ensure ongoing progress to learning. You will need to be flexible in your approach to enable strategies to be tailored to the individual needs of students.
