About the Role As Chair of Governors, you will lead the Local Governing Body, ensuring strong governance is in place, focusing on the 4Ss – Safeguarding, SEND, Standards and Stakeholder Engagement. You will work collaboratively with the Headteacher, fellow governors, and the Trust to drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards in education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing. Formal meetings take place twice a term (6 times a year).
