We are seeking to appoint an organised, professional and highly motivated Administrative and Data Assistant to join the LaSWAP team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent administrative, communication and ICT skills to support the work of the LaSWAP Data Manager and leadership team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the LaSWAP office and supporting a wide range of administrative and student data processes across the consortium. Key Responsibilities
β’ Providing administrative support for meetings, events and admissions
β’ Maintaining student records and data systems, including BromCom
β’ Supporting reports, mail merges, communications and data entry
β’ Acting as a first point of contact for students, families and visitors
β’ Assisting with exam administration, parentsβ evenings and consortium events
β’ Supporting the production of reports and management information
β’ Maintaining accurate filing systems and confidential records
β’ Supporting the organisation of cross-consortium meetings and events
The Successful Candidate Will:
β’ Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
β’ Have excellent ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word
β’ Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
β’ Be professional, approachable and committed to delivering excellent customer service
β’ Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
β’ Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
β’ Have an interest in supporting young people and working within an educational environment
Previous experience in administration or customer service is essential. Experience working within a school or educational setting and knowledge of BromCom or another MIS system would be advantageous.
