We are seeking an exceptional practitioner to lead our Enhanced Specialist Provision, supporting children with complex SEND needs to thrive academically, socially and emotionally while remaining fully connected to the life of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND professional who combines strong leadership with outstanding practice and believes passionately that every child can succeed. Working closely with the Headteacher, SENDCO, families and external professionals, you will shape and develop a specialist provision that delivers ambitious outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners. About the Role The Enhanced Specialist Provision supports up to 12β14 children with complex needs, including children with: Autism Communication and interaction needs Cognition and learning needs SEMH needs Complex SEND profiles EHCPs requiring highly personalised support As Provision Lead, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, organisation and quality of the provision. You will: Lead teaching, learning and assessment within the provision Develop personalised programmes that enable children to make strong progress Ensure pupils remain connected to their mainstream peers wherever possible Lead, coach and line manage a team of specialist support staff Monitor progress and evaluate the impact of provision Work closely with families and external professionals Support EHCP implementation and annual reviews Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour support and inclusion Champion inclusive practice across the wider school This is a role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on support and leadership.
