We are seeking a proactive, resilient, and approachable individual to join our dedicated pastoral team as a Behaviour Support Assistant. This is a key role in promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment through the consistent implementation of the schoolβs behaviour policy. Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, the post-holder will respond to behaviour incidents, provide practical intervention, and support pupils in making positive behaviour choices. You will play an active role in maintaining high standards of conduct across the school, acting as a visible presence and reinforcing expectations in line with school values. This role involves both reactive and proactive elements, including addressing immediate behaviour concerns and identifying emerging issues to minimise disruption to learning. You will provide guidance and informal coaching to pupils, helping them to develop self-regulation, responsibility, and positive engagement in school life.
