As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. The role is varied and may involve working within a classroom, supporting small groups, or providing one-to-one support for children with additional needs. Flexibility, initiative and a positive approach are essential. We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of all children. Has a good understanding of children with additional needs and is committed to inclusive practice. Is an excellent communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families. Is positive, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team. Can work collaboratively with parents, teachers and external agencies to support children’s progress and wellbeing.
