School is looking for an experienced, passionate and committed SENCO to join

our school to cover maternity leave. This is a part time, non-teaching role.

You will work as part of the leadership team and will be able to maintain the

well-established systems already in place to support pupils with SEND in

priorities effectively. The ability to lead, inspire, and support colleagues in developing

barriers to learning. A sound understanding of SEND legislation, guidance, and best practice. The ability to analyse information, monitor progress, and evaluate the

impact of interventions. A collaborative approach and a commitment to working effectively as part

of a wider school team. Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a

fast-paced environment. A commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast

of developments in SEND and inclusion.
