As part of our inclusion leadership, you will help drive whole‑school strategy for SEND, strengthen systems that remove barriers to learning, and support teachers in delivering adaptive, evidence‑informed practice. We are looking for a SEND Manager who - Has a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and local authority processes. Has experience supporting or managing SEND provision in a school setting. Is skilled at interpreting SEND data and using it to drive targeted interventions. Can coordinate high-quality support for pupils with EHCPs and those receiving SEN Support. Can guide and support teachers in delivering adaptive, inclusive practice. Communicates with clarity, compassion, and confidence with staff, parents, and external professional
