As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, and ensure students remain engaged, motivated, and on task. Youβll be a key member of our team, supporting both students and staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and orderly learning environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lessons to whole classes and maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment Support studentsβ academic progress, wellbeing, and development Monitor and report on student progress, behaviour, and achievements Assist with administrative tasks and student support when not covering lessons Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and school activities Support safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of all students Act as a positive role model, promoting high expectations and values within the school
