Kilnwood Vale Primary are seeking an HLTA to join them on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. Your opportunity
Working under the direction of the Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. What we are looking for
Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
