Midday Supervisor and Play Leader

OPAL Play Leader – Lunchtime Support  We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and proactive OPAL Play Leader to join our team and help us transform our lunchtime provision. This is an exciting opportunity to support children’s play, wellbeing and positive behaviour through the nationally recognised OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) programme. As our OPAL Play Leader, you will help create high‑quality, inclusive and enjoyable play experiences for all children. You will support the organisation of outdoor play, supervise activities, and contribute to a happy, safe and engaging lunchtime environment. You will also play an important role in the dining hall, supporting children with routines, independence and positive social interaction. What is OPAL?
