We firmly believe that every child deserves access to an excellent education. The Role We are seeking a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will: Deliver targeted support and care programmes to help pupils access learning Assist teachers with the management of pupils and the classroom environment Support learning both inside and outside the classroom setting Work closely with pupils who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring that tailored provisions and strategies are implemented effectively, helping pupils achieve important academic and life outcomes.
