About the role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:40 am to 3:20 pm (30.83 hours per week), term time, 185 days (37 weeks) per year Actual Annual Salary: Β£17,563.40 (SWAN Grade 3.3, FTE Β£25,133)

Start Date: 1st September 2026 We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Classroom Support Staff to join our team. Working closely with and supported by the class teacher and an experienced Inclusion Leader and SENCO, your role will provide additional academic and emotional support for our children. The work may include a mixture of one to one and paired or small group work, both in and out of the classroom setting, general classroom support duties and lunchtime supervision.
