A desire to support those with barriers to learning to unlock their Maths potential Mathematical subject knowledge which enables you to support pupils in Maths up to KS4 An understanding of using assessment for learning to enable pupils to make progress To be enthusiastic and highly organised about all aspects of classroom operation Have high expectations of both pupils and yourself.
