To support the work of the curriculum leadership team to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students, supporting the curriculum area, in accordance with the aims and objectives of the academy. To contribute to raising standards of attainment and achievement by monitoring and supporting student progress, and developing students as a teacher. To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides opportunities for students to achieve their potential.
