Learning Support Assistant Role: Learning Support Assistant Salary: NJC Range 2 Point 6 -11 (£25,989 - £28,142 FTE) Actual Salary: £19,360 - £20,963 Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (01st September 2026 - 31st August 2027) Hours: 32.5 hours per week Start Date: 1st September 2026 Beechview Academy is seeking an inspirational Learning Support Assistant, with vision and high expectations for learning, to work across the primary age range within a whole class setting and on an individual basis. Beechview Academy Beechview Academy is a small, friendly Junior (Key Stage 2 only) school located in east High Wycombe, with children mostly coming from the Marsh and Micklefield areas. We are very fortunate in our site, with large outdoor play spaces, along with garden and woodland areas. As part of the Marlow Education Trust (MET) we have also been able to draw on their considerable expertise, as well as developing strong links with our partner secondary school, Sir William Borlase’s, an outstanding co-educational school in Marlow. Since joining the MET Beechview has undergone some of the most exciting changes in our history. The buildings have been transformed, with over £2 million worth of investment, organised through the MET and modernisation has been happening through Conditional Improvement Funding, with our electrical set-up and roof structures being recently updated. We are a forward-looking school, striving to constantly improve. We offer excellent in-school CPD support and have cultivated a positive culture towards professional development, with mentoring and coaching available from peers and senior leaders.
