Trust Primary Deputy Headteacher

What we are looking for: Are you an ambitious and inspirational leader ready for a new challenge? Impact Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Deputy Head to join team, working across our thriving primary schools in Bromley. This is a full-time post, combining Deputy Head Leadership with regular classroom teaching. In this role, you will: Share leadership responsibilities across primary schools, shaping the curriculum and driving standards. Line manage and develop middle leaders and class teachers. Drive school improvement, monitor standards, and lead professional development Use your skills in data analysis, intervention planning, and inclusive practice to support all learners. Foster strong relationships with the Executive Headteacher, governors, parents, and external partners. Retain classroom teaching duties, modelling exceptional practice. What we are looking for: A qualified teacher with significant leadership experience in primary settings. Expertise in curriculum and assessment development, staff management, and school improvement. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Experience as a safeguarding lead is desirable. Why join us?
