We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and caring Breakfast Club Lead to manage the new free morning provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring children start their school day feeling safe, happy and ready to learn. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the breakfast club, providing a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment for all pupils. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the daily operation of the Breakfast Club Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children Plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities Prepare and serve healthy breakfast options, adhering to food hygiene standards Promote positive behaviour and support children's social development Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times Maintain accurate registers and communication with school staff and parents Manage resources and ensure the space is clean, organised and welcoming The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with primary-aged children Be confident leading a small team or working independently Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills Be energetic, caring and committed to supporting children's wellbeing Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection Hold (or be willing to obtain) a relevant childcare qualification Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Food Hygiene and First Aid certificate We Can Offer: A friendly, supportive and inclusive school community Well-behaved, enthusiastic children Opportunities for training and professional development A rewarding role making a real difference to pupils' daily experience Christ Church C of E Primary School is committed to ensuring outstanding safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of children and any offer of employment will be conditional upon the outcome of an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
