Inclusion Room Lead

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Inclusion Room Lead who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Thornton. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Enjoy-Learn-Succeed, and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. We are looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated to support young people of all abilities and backgrounds Can work collaboratively as part of a team Demonstrates a commitment to inclusion and equality Has high expectations of themselves and others Shares our vision for creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind. This is a permanent, full time position, where you will be working 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (+5 days) Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 4.00pm, Friday, 8.00am - 3.30pm Why choose Beckfoot Thornton is a large 11-16 community secondary school.
