About the role

Rainham Mark Grammar School are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator who will join our attendance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience whilst supporting the Attendance Officer. This is a fixed term position for between 12-18 months for 37 hours per week (including the 20% training element of the apprenticeship), 40 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks). This is an opportunity that offers a great chance to learn on the job while earning and gaining a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office and related systems) Professional manner Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Positive work ethic and willingness to learn Essential entry qualifications: Must hold a minimum of 3 GCSEs desirably at Grades 4/C. If candidates do not hold maths and English at grade 4/C or above, they will be required to complete Functional Skills qualifications alongside their apprenticeship.
